A proper chat (free)
We sit down, in person or over a call, and you show us how you run things now. Paper, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, whatever it is. No jargon, no sales script. This usually takes around an hour.
Step 2
Scoping session & fixed price
We run a £300 scoping session to map how your business runs and produce a clear written specification and fixed price. If you go ahead, the £300 comes off the build price in full. If not, you keep the written scope either way.
Step 3
We build it — you watch it happen
You see working software as it comes together and tell us what to tweak. No disappearing for six months and hoping for the best. Most builds take weeks, not months.
Step 4
Live, with support
We move the agreed existing data across, train your team and get the system live. Monthly support and hosting is £150 for a Pilot, £200 for Core, or £250 for an ops app.
Your data stays yours
The information you put into the system belongs to you, and you can export it to CSV or JSON yourself at any time without asking us. There are no per-seat fees as you add staff.
