About Evryday Systems

Evryday Systems builds bespoke software for small businesses with crews, vans and sites across Essex and the surrounding area — including cleaning firms, grounds maintenance teams, trades, couriers and pest control businesses.

Evryday was founded and is run by Courtney McRae in Benfleet, Essex. We started the company because we kept meeting business owners drowning in paper and spreadsheets, being told the only fix was clunky off-the-shelf software that didn't quite fit — or an agency quote with far too many zeros on it. There's a better way: software built properly, around how your business actually runs, at a fair fixed price.

We are a small, hands-on team. There are no call centres and no account managers. You always know who is building your system and can speak to them directly, in plain English, from start to finish.
